The NTOC Talks newsletter will be e-mailed every other Wednesday and will contain all news items posted on the Web version since the last e-mailed newsletter. You will also receive occasional NTOC Talks Special Alerts when there's hot news that simply can't wait until the next regular newsletter. What is RSS?
RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is an XML-based format for sharing and distributing Web content, such as news updates and calendars. Subscribe to the NTOC Talks RSS feeds to get information delivered directly to your desktop.

To view one of the NTOC Talks feeds in your RSS Aggregator:

1. Copy the URL/shortcut that corresponds to the topic that interests you.
2. Paste the URL into your reader.
