Summary: This is the 10th anniversary of the National Dialogue on Operations conference. Session is to provide a brief retrospective on 10 years of the National Transportation Operations Coalition, and the accomplishments, changes, and challenges the operations discipline has seen that time.

Summary: Facilitated session to define areas of interest and anticipated outcomes. Based on the overall goals and objectives of NTOC, areas of interest and anticipated outcomes, what are the next steps to create 2 - 4 useful products for member associations can use to support operations with their members? For each proposed product establish:
- What is the topic?
- What is the objective?
- How do we measure success?
- Who in the room wants to be involved?
