I hope the extended yellow continues to work. I know years ago we tried extended yellows on some of some of the wider streets in Washington, D C. It worked for a while, but when traffic got used to the new yellow length, the red light running rate went up again. A 2 second all red seemed to work better.I wonder what the approach speeds are on the subject intersection.
